Bulas was founded by a father-and-son duo based near Warsaw, Poland, has been crafting high-quality acoustic instruments since 2015, with Piotr Bulas bringing over 30 years of luthiery experience. Specializing in bluegrass banjos, open-back banjos, guitars, and archtop mandolins, Bulas Banjos handcrafts nearly every component using premium air-dried woods and custom-made metal parts from brass, bronze, and steel. Their bronze tone rings follow a traditional old-time formula, ensuring a rich, resonant sound. Sold across Europe, Bulas Banjos prides itself on originality, artisanal craftsmanship, and a deep passion for creating instruments that inspire musicians.
