2. Sponsor

The Acoustic Shoppe LLC, 1913 E Seminole St., Springfield, Missouri 65804 ("Sponsor"). This promotion is administered solely by Sponsor.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Rhode Island, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Eastman Musical Instruments, D'Addario & Company, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible.

Individuals who have previously won a prize in any monthly drawing of this promotion are not eligible to win again, and their entries in subsequent Entry Periods will be disregarded.

4. Entry Periods

The promotion consists of five (5) separate monthly sweepstakes, each with its own Entry Period. Entries do not carry over between Entry Periods; entrants who wish to be considered in more than one drawing must enter in each Entry Period separately.

All times are U.S. Central Time.

Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.

5. How to Enter

There are three ways to receive one (1) entry in a given Entry Period. Each method carries equal weight and an equal chance of winning.

Method A — Automatic entry with purchase. Place or hold an order for an Eva Holbrook Lady Moon Signature Octave Mandolin with Sponsor during the Entry Period, or have taken delivery of one previously. Sponsor will enter qualifying customers automatically. No further action is required, and no additional entries are awarded for additional purchases.

Method B — Free online entry. Visit theacousticshoppe.com/pages/lady-moon-giveaway during the Entry Period and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, and email address. No purchase, payment, or order of any kind is required, and no marketing subscription of any kind is required. A mailing address is requested only from a potential winner, at the claim step described in Section 10.

Method C — Free mail-in entry. Hand-print your first name, last name, complete mailing address, email address, daytime telephone number, and date of birth on a plain 3×5 card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage to: Lady Moon Monthly Giveaway, The Acoustic Shoppe LLC, 1913 E Seminole St., Springfield, MO 65804. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received no later than 1 day after it closes.

6. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period, regardless of method. Entrants who submit more than one entry in a single Entry Period by any combination of methods will have all but their first entry disregarded. Use of any automated system, bot, script, or service to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

7. Random Drawing

On each Drawing Date, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

9. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded per Entry Period, five (5) prizes total across the promotion. Each prize consists of:

Total Approximate Retail Value of all five (5) prizes across the promotion: $2,997.30.

Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

10. Winner Notification and Claim

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided with the entry, within two (2) business days of the Drawing Date. The potential winner must respond, confirm acceptance, and provide a complete U.S. mailing address for delivery of the prize within fifteen (15) days of the date of notification.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the stated period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to return any required documentation, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Approximate Retail Value of the prize ($599.46) is below the $600 information-reporting threshold, so Sponsor does not anticipate issuing an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Sponsor reserves the right to require a completed IRS Form W-9 before shipment, and to issue a Form 1099-MISC, if the fair market value of any prize as awarded is determined to reach or exceed $600.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, and statements about the prize for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

13. Privacy and Marketing

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy at theacousticshoppe.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Entry in this promotion does not subscribe an entrant to any marketing program, and no marketing subscription is required to enter or to win. Sponsor's entry form offers separate, optional consent to receive marketing email; those boxes are unchecked by default, and an entry submitted without them is complete, valid, and carries the same chance of winning as any other entry.

Sponsor does not sell or share entrant information with third parties for those third parties' own marketing purposes.

14. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned — including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control — Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

15. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Eastman Musical Instruments, D'Addario & Company, ToneSlabs, Eva Holbrook, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Winners List

For the name of the winner of any monthly drawing, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Lady Moon Monthly Giveaway Winners List, The Acoustic Shoppe LLC, 1913 E Seminole St., Springfield, MO 65804, to be received no later than February 28, 2027. Winner names will also be posted at theacousticshoppe.com/pages/lady-moon-giveaway.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any such platform.
