Why does The Acoustic Shoppe only have one big sale a year?
We pride ourselves on providing the best guarantees, setups, and service in the industry year-round, rather than acting as a "discount store" that constantly slashes prices. This event is our one time of the year to offer a discount as a sincere "Thank You" to our community for the incredible support you give us all year long.
When does the Small Business Saturday sale start?
The sale officially kicks off on Saturday, November 29th.
- Online: 15% Deals go live at 12:00 PM CST.
- In-Store: Doors open at Time,11:00 AM at our Springfield, MO showroom (1913 E Seminole St).
- Phone Lines: Our team will be manning the phones starting at [11:00 AM CST.].
How long do these deals last?
This is a one-day-only event! The sale ends strictly at midnight CST on Saturday. Once the sale is over, all prices will immediately return to normal. Please note that our "Door Buster" deals are extremely limited quantities—we expect them to sell out very quickly, so we highly recommend shopping as early as possible!
How do I see the sale prices online?
There are two ways the discounts will appear, depending on the item:
- Door Busters: For these specific limited-time deals, the price WILL change on the product page once the sale starts at 11:00 AM CST.
- Storewide Discount: For all other eligible items, the price will look normal while browsing. The 15% discount will automatically appear in your shopping cart when you go to check out. (15% starts at 12:00 PM CST)
Important Exclusions:
- Discounts do not stack (e.g., you cannot get an extra 15% off a Door Buster).
- The 15% discount applies to New Inventory only; it does not apply to Used or Consignment instruments.
- The 15% discount does not apply to items that are already discounted.
Can I get these deals in the showroom?
Absolutely. If you are local to the Midwest, come see us! We’ll have coffee, & donuts, and the full team here.
You will also get 20% off the entire store for the first hour. (11-12 Exclusions apply)
Does the return policy change for the sale?
No, our industry-leading standard return policy applies:
- Under $1,000: 14-day return window.
- Over $1,000: 30-day return window.
- The Dread-Not Guarantee: All standard terms apply.
We want you to love your instrument, and our standard policies are designed to ensure you get the right fit, sale or no sale.
What is the SBS Live Stream?
We are hosting a day-long live stream on YouTube starting at 11:00 AM CST. We will be demoing instruments live, answering questions in the chat, and highlighting deals throughout the day.
Will my instrument be set up before it ships?
Yes! Even during our biggest sale of the year, we don't cut corners. Every guitar, mandolin, and banjo goes through our professional setup process to ensure it plays perfectly right out of the box.
Please note: Due to high volume, setup times may be slightly extended.
Do you offer financing?
We offer financing online through our website (Affirm/Synchrony/Klarna), but we cannot process financing in-store during the event. If you wish to finance a purchase, please use the financing options available in the checkout cart on our website.
Can I drop off my instrument for a repair or setup?
We will NOT be accepting any new work orders during the sale. Our bench team will be fully dedicated to setting up the new instruments being purchased that day so we can get them home with you (or shipped out) as fast as possible.
Can I bring in a trade-in during the sale?
Due to the high volume of traffic on Small Business Saturday, we will NOT be accepting trade-ins while the sale is going on. We want to focus 100% of our attention on helping customers find their new gear.

Who is invited to the VIP Night?
The VIP Sale is an invite-only event for our Top 200 Customers, selected based on their support, sales history, and engagement with The Acoustic Shoppe community. Invitations have been sent via email.
If you did not receive an invitation, the sale opens to the general public on Saturday morning!

This is an Online-Only exclusive event. You can shop the sale from the comfort of your home at TheAcousticShoppe.com. The showroom will be closed, so grab your laptop or phone!
Why shop the VIP Sale tonight instead of waiting for Saturday?
Beat the Rush. This is your chance to secure limited-quantity "Door Busters" and one-of-a-kind instruments before the general public (and the live stream crowd) floods the site on Saturday morning.
