THE ACOUSTIC SHOPPE AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

By signing up for The “TAS Community Pro’s” Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure & Payments

Base Rate: Affiliates earn 6% commission on the subtotal (pre-tax, pre-shipping, post-discount) of qualified orders.
Tiered Rate: Upon reaching $10,000 USD in lifetime confirmed sales, the Affiliate will be upgraded to the "Headliner" tier, earning 8% commission on future sales.
Tier Adjustments: The Acoustic Shoppe reserves the right to manually upgrade an Affiliate to the "Headliner" (8%) tier prior to meeting the sales threshold, at its sole discretion, based on content quality or strategic partnership value.
Custom Agreements: The commission rates outlined in this Agreement represent the standard Program terms. The Acoustic Shoppe reserves the right to mutually agree upon different commission rates, pay structures, or terms with specific Affiliates via a separate written agreement or manual adjustment within the Program dashboard. Such custom arrangements are at the sole discretion of The Acoustic Shoppe.
Commission Window: Commissions are earned on all eligible purchases made by a referred customer for 2 months following their initial conversion.
Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed weekly for balances exceeding $50 USD.
Hold Period: Commissions are held for 40 days after the sale date to allow for our 30-day return policy, accounting for shipping and return. If a customer returns an item, the pending commission will be revoked.
Methods: Payouts are made via PayPal Payouts or Wise Transfer. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to keep payment details current in the PushLapGrowth dashboard.

2. Tracking & Attribution

Cookie Duration: Tracking cookies remain active for 45 days. The sale is attributed to the last affiliate link clicked before the purchase.
Links: You will be provided with a unique tracking URL. You must use this URL for sales to be tracked.
Collections: While we may provide a curated Shopify Collection page for you, commissions are earned on any eligible product the customer purchases site-wide, not just items in your collection.

3. Qualified Products & Exclusions

Basis of Calculation: Commission is calculated based on the Net Sales Amount (product price after discounts are applied, but before taxes and shipping costs).
Consignment Exclusion: Please Note: Items marked as "Consignment" or "Used - Consignment" are strictly excluded from this Affiliate Program. Due to the nature of consignment agreements, we cannot offer commissions on these specific instruments.
Other Exclusions: Gift cards, specific low-margin accessories, or limited-run items are also excluded from the program. If a customer’s cart includes both qualified items and excluded items (e.g., a new Martin D-28 and a consignment mandolin), commission will be paid only on the qualified item.

4. Promotion Guidelines & Brand Priority

Primary Retailer Status: As a member of the Session Players program, we ask that you prioritize The Acoustic Shoppe as your primary purchasing link for acoustic instruments and accessories.
Inventory Requests: If you wish to recommend a product that we do not currently stock, we encourage you to contact our team first. We frequently expand our inventory based on Affiliate recommendations. However, if we cannot stock the item, you are free to link to other retailers for that specific product.
Prohibited Methods:

Coupon Scraping: promoting unauthorized codes is prohibited.
PPC Bidding: You may NOT bid on branded keywords (e.g., "The Acoustic Shoppe") on Google Ads/Facebook Ads.

5. Relationship & Termination

Independent Contractor: You are an independent partner, not an employee of The Acoustic Shoppe.
Termination: The Acoustic Shoppe reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that damages our brand reputation.

6. Agreement
