How do I purchase an instrument featured on the Livestream?
It’s easy! As we demo instruments on screen, we will post direct links in the YouTube and Facebook chat. You can also browse our "SBS Collection" on theacousticshoppe.com in real-time. If you see something you love, don’t wait—many of the instruments shown are one-of-a-kind or limited stock.
Do I need a code for the 15% Online Discount?
Keep an eye on the chat! We will provide a special coupon code live on air, and on the website when the sale begins. All other discounts will be automatically applied at checkout for qualifying items.
Does the "Dread-Not Guarantee" apply to sale items?
Absolutely. We believe you should never have to compromise on peace of mind for a good price.
Instruments over $1,000: Come with our full Dread-Not Guarantee, including the 1-Year Return Policy and full trade-up value.
Instruments under $1,000: Come with a 14-Day Trial Period. If you don’t love it, send it back.
Will my guitar still get a setup if I buy it on sale?
Yes! We don’t ship "box queens." Every stringed instrument—whether it's a doorbuster or a custom build—goes through our 23-point inspection and setup before it leaves Springfield. We check nut height, relief, and action so it plays perfectly out of the box.
What are the exclusions for the 15% Off sale?
While we try to discount as much as possible, some manufacturers have strict pricing rules (MAP policies) that prevent us from advertising discounts publicly. If you are looking for a specific model and don’t see the discount applied, call us at 417-343-1355 or ask in the livestream chat—we might have a "verbal-only" deal available!
All used and consignment items will also be excluded from the sale.
I’m local. Can I buy online and pick up in-store to save on shipping?
Yes! Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. However, remember that the 20% Doorbuster Deal (11 AM - 12 PM) is valid for in-person purchases only. If you want that extra 5% off, you’ll need to come see us at 1913 E Seminole St. before noon!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 within the continental US. Since almost every instrument we sell is over $50, you likely won't pay a dime for shipping.
I see a guitar I want, but I can’t pay for it all today. Do you offer financing?
Yes, we partner with many lenders to offer financing options online. You can select this option directly at checkout on our website.
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of sales in-store, we will be unable to offer financing over the phone or in person.
