Why shouldn't I just watch on Facebook or YouTube?
You certainly can, but you will be at a disadvantage. Social media streams have a 20-30 second broadcast delay. Because many of our "Door Buster" deals have extremely limited quantities (sometimes only 1 or 2 available), they often sell out on our website before the video feed even reaches Facebook. Watching on our site gives you the "real-time" advantage.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
You can watch and shop as a guest, but we highly recommend logging into your account before the sale starts. Items are not reserved until the purchase is completed. Adding a limited-run guitar to your cart does not "hold" it. If someone else checks out faster, it may be removed from your cart. We recommend completing the purchase as soon as you decide you want it.
Do I need to enter a coupon code for the 15% off?
No. We have set up the VIP discount to apply automatically at checkout. As long as you are shopping during the event hours (Friday 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST), the 20% discount will appear in your cart totals without you having to type anything.
