Welcome to New Music Friday. This music is new and it is Friday. In classic Ozark family fashion, Dawson Hollow are a 5 piece Indie-Folk-Rock band from the Ozark Mountains of Missouri and they are all siblings.

Their newest effort, "Completely" opens with a cinematic introduction that is reminiscent of an early morning at my parents house. The harmonics from the guitar and the whistles and chirps are the break of day calls from the birds you can only find in the Ozarks. Dawson Hollow definitely knows how to translate a vibe. The sparkling guitar guides the composition from start to finish while distant vocal harmonies lift up the main melody. The vocalist, Ben, tells a significant other, "Completely, you're the one that shakes me up. Your love is always enough for me." A lot of loving motifs throughout, "Completely" is a soft summer tune that ought to worm it's way into your brain and stay awhile.
