Description
The Deering Goodtime Two 5-String Resonator Banjo is a solid choice for players looking for a lightweight, American-made banjo with added projection and volume. Built with a rock maple neck and a smooth, comfortable "D" shape profile, this banjo is designed for effortless playability. The 3-ply violin-grade maple rim delivers a warm yet punchy tone, while the addition of a 3-ply maple resonator enhances projection, making it ideal for bluegrass and ensemble settings. The 11” frosted top head and beveled steel tension hoop contribute to its crisp attack and clarity. Featuring sealed geared tuners and a Goodtime geared 5th-string tuner, this banjo stays in tune with ease. Hardwood Art Deco-inspired inlays add a touch of elegance to the fingerboard, and the satin finish provides a smooth, natural feel. Weighing only 6 lbs, it remains easy to handle and comfortable to play for extended sessions. Whether you're a beginner stepping up or an experienced player looking for a reliable, resonator-equipped banjo, the Goodtime Two offers quality craftsmanship and great tone at an affordable price.
