The quartersawn mahogany neck, with its smooth radiused AAA-grade ebony fingerboard, makes intricate picking a breeze, while the custom pearloid inlays and “Julia Belle” peghead inlay give it a striking aesthetic. Powered by Deering’s -06- 20-hole bell bronze tone ring and a 3-ply violin-grade maple rim, this banjo delivers warm, rich lows and crisp highs with plenty of sustain. A tapered mahogany-stained resonator enhances projection, while nickel-plated hardware, planetary tuners with black buttons, and a True Tone tailpiece ensure rock-solid tuning and stability. The 11/16” radiused Deering Smile Bridge improves string response, and pre-installed spikes make quick capo changes easy.
