Description
Luxe by Martin Kovar strings are wrapped in Kovar, a nickel-cobalt alloy, over Martin's Superior Performance core. This is the Custom Light gauge, .011 to .052, at 150.60 total tension, a step lighter than the Light set.
Martin says it chose the lower tension on purpose and that the Kovar wrap resists corrosion naturally. We stock it for players who want a set that is easier to fret and bend than a standard Light.
