The spruce top paired with wild grain East Indian rosewood gives it a focused low end, clear trebles, and a smooth midrange that works well for flatpicking or expressive fingerstyle playing. The Aging Toner top and Style 28 rosette give it a familiar vintage look that feels right at home the moment you open the case.

The GE Modified Low Oval neck with the High Performance Taper makes this guitar easy to navigate up and down the ebony fingerboard. It feels quick in the hands without being too slim, and the dovetail neck joint gives it the responsiveness and resonance players expect from a Custom Shop build. With 14 frets clear of the body and a long 25.4 inch scale, it has plenty of projection and dynamic headroom, especially when you dig in.
