Description

The Martin SC-28E blends the heritage of Martin’s Style 28 with modern innovation for today’s versatile guitarist. Featuring a gloss-finished solid spruce top paired with East Indian rosewood back and sides, this S-body cutaway model is built with Martin’s Sure Align® Linear Dovetail neck joint and Tone Tension X-bracing for improved resonance and stability. Its 13-fret design and Low Profile Velocity neck shape with a High-Performance Taper offer exceptional comfort and upper fret access. The ebony fingerboard showcases Style 28 mother-of-pearl inlays, and the bridge features 2 5/32" string spacing with a compensated bone saddle. Additional details include aging toner on the top, antique white binding, a tortoise-pattern pickguard, and classic butterbean tuners. Outfitted with LR Baggs electronics and protected in a molded hardshell case, the SC-28E is a stage-ready acoustic-electric designed to meet the needs of discerning players.
