*New 2026 Model* Martin OMC-10E Modern Burst Road Series Spruce/Sapele Orchestra Model Cutaway Guitar w/Martin Electronics #9948

The 2026 Model Martin OMC-10E Modern Burst is the kind of guitar for a player who wants balance, comfort, and clarity without giving up presence. The OM cutaway body sits right in that sweet spot between a dreadnought and a 000, offering a focused, even response across all six strings with enough projection to hold its own in a room. The longer 25.4-inch scale keeps the feel familiar for flatpickers and strummers, while the cutaway opens up the upper register for players who like to explore beyond the first position.

The spruce and sapele pairing gives this guitar a voice that feels articulate but grounded. Spruce brings definition and headroom, while sapele adds a strong midrange character that keeps the sound centered and musical without becoming brittle. The scalloped X bracing helps the top respond quickly, making the guitar equally comfortable for light fingerstyle work or more aggressive strumming. This is the kind of instrument that adapts to the player instead of forcing the player into one style or dynamic.

Visually, the 1935-style sunburst gives the OMC-10E Modern Burst a classic personality without leaning too hard into vintage. The satin finish keeps it understated and practical, while the Performing Artist neck with high-performance taper makes long sessions feel effortless. With Martin E1 electronics, a built-in tuner, and a softshell case, this guitar is ready for writing, recording, or stepping onto a stage. This is a thoughtfully built OM that offers clarity, comfort, and reliability, a guitar that stays out of the way and lets the music come first.
