The 2026 NAMM Model Boucher BG-41T-G Torrefied Adirondack/Torrefied Mahogany Bluegrass Goose Gold Pack OM Hybrid is crafted for players who want the soul of a vintage instrument in a more approachable, versatile body. Built with a torrefied AAAA Adirondack red spruce top and torrefied mahogany back and sides, this OM hybrid offers the dry, open character of a well-aged guitar straight out of the case. Its classic appointments, from maple binding to refined purfling, give it an understated elegance, while the signed interior label marks it as one of Boucher’s most thoughtfully executed Gold Pack designs.

In the hands, this guitar feels fast, alive, and remarkably controlled. Forward-shifted, hand-scalloped X-bracing lets the top breathe, producing an immediate response with strong fundamentals and impressive headroom in a compact OM-style platform. The torrefied mahogany body brings warmth and focus to the midrange, keeping the tone articulate and balanced across the strings. Updates like the squared traditional belly-style bridge and extended bone saddle enhance energy transfer, giving the instrument a quicker attack, added sustain, and a more expressive, touch-sensitive voice that rewards both flatpickers and fingerstyle players.
