Description
This Santa Cruz OO is a custom-order, all-mahogany guitar with a mahogany top, mahogany back and sides, and Adirondack spruce bracing under hot hide glue, voiced with scalloping. The body is finished clear in a buff finish with a matte neck.
The mahogany neck has a V profile, a 1-3/4 inch nut and a 24.75 inch scale. The ebony fingerboard has short-pattern diamond and square inlays and ivoroid binding, and a mini Santa Cruz logo in mother-of-pearl sits on the peghead.
An ivoroid rosette, a herringbone top border, a zipper backstrip, ivoroid body binding, an ebony pyramid bridge with mother-of-pearl dotted pins, an O/OO tortoise pickguard and Waverly nickel tuners with ivoroid oval knobs complete it. It comes strung with Santa Cruz low-tension strings in a Santa Cruz case.
