This 2015 Kinnaird “Red Lady” is a luthier-built masterpiece that looks just as impressive as it sounds—and this one is in Mint Condition. Handcrafted by John Kinnaird with custom art deco inlays by the legendary Larry Robinson, this slope-shoulder dreadnought with Venetian cutaway is loaded with premium tonewoods and one-of-a-kind appointments. The bear claw Sitka spruce top and striking black and white ebony back and sides create a voice that’s rich, full, and endlessly expressive—punchy when you need it, sweet and complex when you back off. The body features a smooth Laskin-style ebony arm bevel and deep cutaway for comfortable, accessible playing. The walnut and maple neck pairs beautifully with the ebony fingerboard, while the matching ebony rosette and pickguard continue the unified aesthetic. Robinson’s inlay work on the headstock and pickguard elevates this instrument to the level of functional art. A K&K pickup is installed for stage or studio use, and everything is wrapped up in a deluxe hardshell case.
