This 2025 Martin HG-28 pairs a solid spruce top with solid Hawaiian koa back and sides, delivering warm, balanced tone with plenty of clarity up top. In Excellent Condition: this HG-28 shows no signs of play, wear, or blemishes. Built on Martin's sloped-shoulder HG body, it brings dreadnought presence into a smaller, easier-to-hold size.
Scalloped X-bracing and the 24.9" scale keep the guitar light and responsive, with headroom for flatpicking and sensitivity for fingerstyle and slack-key playing. The GE Modified Low Oval neck feels fast in the hand without losing support in the lower registers.
Herringbone top trim, antique white binding, and a Style 28 rosette dress the guitar in classic appointments, while nickel open-gear tuners and an ebony bridge round out the hardware. It's a strong option for players wanting dreadnought tone without the bulk of a full-size body.
