Description
The D’Addario Mic Mute Infrared Mic Sensor provides a smart solution for vocalists and sound engineers who want the cleanest possible sound on stage. By automatically muting the microphone when the performer steps away, it eliminates unwanted feedback, stage bleed, and background noise from the mix.
Powered by phantom power, the Mic Mute uses an adjustable infrared sensor that can detect a performer’s presence from up to 24 inches away. This allows the microphone to activate only when the vocalist is in position, helping maintain a clear and controlled audio signal.
