Description
The Eastman E10D-TC-SB pairs a thermo-cured Adirondack spruce top with solid mahogany back and sides in a full-size dreadnought built for players chasing vintage push and volume. Thermo-curing accelerates the spruce top's aging process, opening up its response the way decades of playing would on a vintage instrument, while the mahogany back and sides add a dry, midrange-forward foundation that keeps the low end tight instead of boomy.
Strum it hard and the E10D-TC-SB answers with the percussive punch and headroom that bluegrass rhythm players and flatpickers look for in a dreadnought, while hand-carved scalloped X bracing lets the top open up for softer fingerstyle passages too. The mahogany neck's traditional even C profile fills the hand without feeling oversized, and the ebony fingerboard keeps note articulation crisp all the way up the neck.
A sunburst gloss finish, tortoise shell binding, and a pearl headstock logo give it a vintage look to match the vintage voice, and open-gear PingWell tuners hold pitch reliably under heavy strumming. It's a dreadnought built for players who want pre-war tone and looks without the pre-war price tag.
