Thermo-curing gives the Sitka top a broken-in feel from the first strum, with a quick attack and plenty of headroom when you dig into strummed rhythm or flatpicked leads. Hand-carved scalloped X-bracing keeps the top lively, so full chords stay clear and defined even at volume, and single-note runs carry real punch instead of getting swallowed by the dreadnought's size.
