Description
The KLOS X_GC_DAE takes a Grand Auditorium body and builds it entirely out of carbon fiber composite, giving it the tone and projection of a full-size acoustic in a shell that shrugs off temperature and humidity swings a wood guitar can't. It's built for the gigging and touring player who wants a genuinely durable acoustic-electric, not a travel-guitar compromise.
Carbon fiber's stiffness and consistency give the X_GC_DAE a bright, projecting voice with strong sustain, and because the material doesn't move with the weather the way wood does, it holds its setup and intonation reliably across climates. The bolt-on, detachable neck is a genuinely practical touch — it lets the guitar break down smaller for travel without any of the tone compromises usually associated with travel guitars.
Graph Tech TUSQ nut and saddle and Graph Tech Ratio tuners keep tuning stable and precise, and an LR Baggs pickup system makes it stage-ready straight out of the case. It ships strung with D'Addario phosphor bronze strings and comes with KLOS's own gig bag and neck sleeve for the road.
