Description
The Martin D-18 pairs a gloss-finished solid spruce top with genuine mahogany back and sides for a rich, balanced tone and strong resonance. Its forward-shifted X-brace and GE-Scalloped bracing pattern widen the dynamic range, which suits any style of play. The GE Modified Low Oval neck with a high-performance taper keeps playability comfortable across the 25.4-inch scale. The ebony fingerboard carries Old Style 18 abalone inlays. Paired with a GE Modern Belly bridge and compensated bone saddle, the D-18 delivers precision and clarity in every note, and it ships in a ply hardshell case.
