Description
The Martin Super HD-28 takes the iconic HD-28 dreadnought sound and pushes it into a whole new category. Built on Martin’s Super D body, this acoustic guitar moves nearly twenty percent more air than a traditional dreadnought, giving players noticeably more volume, deeper low end, and greater projection. With a solid spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides, the Super HD-28 delivers the bold, piano-like tone that rosewood lovers chase.
Forward shifted Golden Era scalloped X bracing allows the top to vibrate freely, producing strong fundamentals, rich overtones, and long sustain. Bold herringbone trim, antique white binding, diamond and square fingerboard inlays, and a gloss body with aging toner give it a timeless Martin look. Ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, and open gear tuners round out a premium build.
