The New 2026 NAMM Model Boucher BG-52 Adirondack/Rosewood Bluegrass Goose Dreadnought is built for players who demand power, clarity, and traditional bluegrass authority. With a AAAA Adirondack red spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides, this flagship dreadnought delivers the headroom, projection, and depth expected from Boucher’s finest instruments. Maple binding, classic purfling, and a high-gloss finish give it a refined vintage aesthetic that matches its serious performance pedigree. This is a no-compromise acoustic guitar for musicians who expect excellence in both sound and craftsmanship.

For 2026, Boucher introduces a series of meaningful refinements that elevate both tone and feel. A new squared, traditional belly-style bridge with an extended saddle improves string-to-top energy transfer, while the sharper dart-style volute and more pronounced V-shaped neck profile offer a distinctly classic hand feel. These updates are designed to enhance comfort, response, and long-term stability without sacrificing the traditional character that defines the Bluegrass Goose series.

The visual details have been carefully updated to reflect a more authentic, period-correct style. A new black, white, black rosette replaces the former herringbone, along with a diamond-style fretboard inlay pattern and a signature “B” at the 12th fret. The fingerboard is now extended to 21 frets, and subtle touches such as reversed herringbone purfling, a refined synthetic tortoise pickguard, and ivoroid strap pins create a cohesive, vintage-inspired aesthetic that feels both classic and distinctive.
