This used 2016 Weber A-style mandolin is built the way traditional players love, with a hand graduated red spruce top and beautifully flamed maple throughout the body and neck. It has that dry, woody response Weber is known for, with plenty of punch on the chop and a clear, ringing top end for lead lines. The burst finish and fern peghead inlay give it a classic, high-end look that feels right at home on stage or in a jam circle.

The radiused ebony fingerboard and 14 inch scale length make it comfortable and familiar in the hands. The dual action truss rod allows for easy setup adjustments, and the Brekke bridge keeps the instrument responsive and well balanced. Gold Grover tuners and the Weber cast tailpiece round out the hardware package and keep everything solid and dependable.

This mandolin shows honest playwear from years of use, but it's still in good condition. There is a large chip in the finish on the lower bout of the top, a small nick in the binding near the armrest, general cosmetic wear, and one A tuner that is bent. None of these issues affect the structural integrity or core tone of the instrument. It includes a hardshell case and is a great opportunity to own a professional level Weber with character at a more approachable used price.
