This used Beard Road-O-Phonic lap steel resonator guitar is a unique and premium instrument, designed for slide players seeking warm tone and powerful projection. Featuring a figured mahogany top, back, and sides with a semi-hollow hourglass body, this guitar delivers rich sustain and clarity. It has a satin tobacco burst finish and a solid mahogany square neck with a 23" scale length and 2" nut width for comfortable playability. The ebony fingerboard is adorned with dot inlays, while the headstock houses precision Gotoh tuners. Under the hood is Beard’s 9.5" cone paired with the Original #14™ spider bridge and ebony/maple insert, all anchored by a traditional diamond coverplate and chrome tailpiece. A fantastic lap steel for resonator enthusiasts, and it comes complete with a case.
