(Used) The Loar LH-700-VS Spruce/Flamed Maple Archtop Acoustic Guitar #2463
This used Loar LH-700-VS archtop acoustic guitar is a vintage-inspired gem for players who appreciate the craftsmanship of the golden age of archtops. Built with a solid hand-carved flamed maple back and sides and a hand-carved X-braced top, it delivers crisp, articulate tone with excellent projection. The 16" lower bout and 3 3/4" body depth give it classic jazz box proportions, while the one-piece figured maple neck features a vintage soft V profile and a bound ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl fleur-de-lys inlays. It’s topped off with a compensated, adjustable ebony bridge and a floating trapeze-style tailpiece with an ebony overlay. Finished in a rich vintage sunburst nitrocellulose gloss and dressed in ivoroid binding on the body, neck, and headstock, this LH-700 is all class. It's in very good condition and includes a hardshell case.
